When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location in Canada. Most orders arrive within 7-14 days from the day it was shipped out. Please be aware that this can take longer if you are in a more remote region. 

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@universal7.ca.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Sometimes delays do happen during shipping and we unfortunately have no control over this. Please check your tracking number that was emailed to you for updates. If you still have any concerns or issues, please contact us at support@universal7.ca. We will try our best to help you out.
