Refund policy
Universal7 utilizes a print on demand service for all our orders. Meaning all orders are made only when an order is put through. Because of this, please understand that Universal7 does not accept any returns or exchanges.
Please be sure to check our sizing charts for correct sizing before ordering.
Rarely do mistakes happen, but if you have received a damaged item, the wrong item was sent or your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@universal7.ca.
For damaged or wrong items:
- Customers must report damaged or wrong items within 30 days of receiving them.
- Please provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
If there are ANY problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as we can to make it right.
